We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday
To insure Next Day or 2 Day delivery your order must be placed before 2:00PM EST Mon-Thr and 11:00AM EST on Friday. All ground orders (Standard & 3 Day) must be placed before 11:30AM EST Mon-Thr and 10:30AM EST on Friday.

All orders are subject to our order verification policy, failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerably delay in the processing and shipping of your order.
Out of Stock Items
In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock, our customer service department will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
Special Order Items
Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer, special orders are final sale and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced for expected delivery time.
If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.
A signature might be required for UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, at the discretion of the local UPS driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
