Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for a full refund on your original payment method. Then, we give another 30 days (60 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.

Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping cost associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind.

You'll need the original manufacturer’s labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CD's, DVD's and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws).

In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only within Continental USA). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements. Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-60 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition as received. If items are returned after 30 days, or appear in used condition, they will be subject to a 15% or minimum $10 restocking fee. This is subject to change depending on the severity of damage/use to the item. Bermuda Triangle has the right to refuse a return or exchange if it does not meet these conditions. All shipping discrepancies must be reported by the customer within 72 hours of receiving the package
